La Vara

Visual sample of Alex & Eder's food (chefs and owners of Txikito and El Quinto Pino), from their new restaurant La Vara at 268 Clinton St, nr. Verandah Pl, Cobble Hill in Broolyn. Not only was I lucky to photograph it but also tasted it and it is really delicious. If you have a chance it is worth trying it !!
